How much does a bespoke garden or luxury bar cost?
All our bars are custom made to match your desired aesthetic as such our pirces are tailored to each build we creatre and differ depending on the size and features you have in mind. We build your quote from the ground up, working with you to decide on everything from the wood to the lights.
You are always welcome to drop us a message and ask for a no obligation quote for a bar based on your specification.
How long does delivery take?
During the summer delivery can take up to 3 weeks. Location and design will make a difference to the delivery date.
In the cooler months up to 2 weeks.
Once we have an agreed design we will be able to give you a delivery date.
Is assembly required?
Our builds will either be delivered fully assembled or will be assembled upon delivery, depending on access arrangements. So don’t worry, there will be no need to dig out your hammer!
How do I pay?
We accept two types of payment options, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery. Your payment options will be discussed with you before order confirmation.

How do I measure for a bar?
Ideally, we would like measurements in mm however we are happy with any measurements format. We need to know the length and width e.g 2000mm x 600mm. Most bars are 1100mm tall but if you want a different height please just let us know.

How do I pay?
We accept a range of payment options including PayPal, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery. Your payment options will be discussed with you before order confirmation.
Delivery
Can my order be delivered?
Yes! Where possible, delivery is done by us, within a reasonable distance from Surrey. We enjoy seeing our bars go to new homes and meeting the people we have been collaborating with in person. The delivery charge will be discussed in advance during the planning stage.
Alternatively, if this is not suitable, we can arrange delivery with a courier with pricing dependent on location and product.
Once delivered, how will I get my bar into the right location?
We deliver your bar direct to you, hassle free, and will be on hand to place it. However, we always ask customers in advance of ordering their product to consider the route we will have to take to place it. Measure any gates or doorways and provide these dimensions to us in advance. This will effect the size of the build.
Please be wary of anything that could be damaged during delivery e.g. wallpaper, doorways etc. as we are not liable for any damages.
I don’t have very good access to my garden/chosen location can I still order a bar?
Of course! We will be happy to accommodate you. We offer a service to deliver your bar in pieces and assemble it at your location.
Get in touch with us and we can arrange a game plan for delivery and assembly.
What is the delivery time?
It depends. I know the most frustrating answer to get but it really does! It depends on a lot of things such as the size of the build or the amount of additional features. Don’t forget each bespoke piece is made from scratch to your dream specification.
But don’t worry we will arrange this with you upfront and will endevour to get you as accurate an estimate date as possible.
Where do you deliver to?
We our based in Staines, just on the outskirts of Surrey. We enjoy delivering the bars ourselves and where reasonable we will pack up a picnic lunch and travel to you.
Alternatively, we can arrange a courier to deliver your order to you.
Aftercare
How do I take care of my wooden garden bar.
With any natural wooden garden bar, some care must be taken to maintain it. We advise you to carry out any maintenance during dry weather and consider storage solutions for adverse weather conditions. To keep it looking its best, we recommend using wood oil.
Can my item be left outside?
Yes! All of our builds are treated and suitable to stay outside. However sunshine does naturally change wood to a silver-gray. If you don't want this look we recommend covering the bar.
Can I paint my piece?
Of course! All our pieces are suitable for painting or you can request it as part of your initial order.
If you’d like any suggestions on our favorite brands, we’ll be happy to share “trade secrets”.
